Shipping

Items are shipped by UPS or USPS. Any delivery times provided on the website are estimates only. In no event shall any exceeding of these times be detrimental to Avancn or result in the cancellation of the contract or any compensation for damages and interest. The risk of loss and ownership of such items passes to you when Avancn delivers them to the shipper. The items are always transported at the customer's risk, and the customer must check that the items are in good condition at the time of delivery. Any problems with delivery (damaged packages, missing items from accompanying Avancn invoices, etc.) must be brought to Avancn's attention by contacting Avancn by e-mail, telephone or standard U.S. mail within a reasonable time. Please see the necessary contact information at the end of these Terms of Use.

Processing time

Orders typically leave our distribution center within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your shipping address.

Tracking your order

All orders include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped. You can also track your order using your tracking number here.
