If we have already started processing your order, you will not be able to cancel it, so please request a refund after receiving your order. For more details on canceling and returning your order, please see our "Returns and Refunds" section.

Payment Methods

(1) Credit or debit card
We accept the following credit cards issued in the U.S. and some other countries: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
We accept credit cards issued in the U.S., but not those issued in the following specific countries/regions: Afghanistan, Angola, Central African Republic, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yugoslavia.

Credit Card Authorization
During the purchase process, Avancn will not charge your credit card until your order has entered the shipping process. The funds may remain in your account but are temporarily unavailable. For credit cards, we will not charge you, but the amount may be temporarily deducted from your available credit. This authorization will be deleted within 48 hours of your item being shipped.
We will only charge you when your order ships. If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, you will be charged for each shipment.
Your bank controls the authorization and timing of payments to your account. Please check with your bank for details.

Billing Information
For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

(2) Paypal
You can use paypal to pay for orders on Avancn.com Paypal enables you to send payments securely online using your credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal account balance. (3) Amazon Payments
We accept Amazon Payments, simply select the option at checkout. You will be prompted to log into your Amazon account to complete your purchase.
